We just purchased a new couch from them and I have to say…. The couch is 10/10 as well as the service. I didn’t see the couch in person before it was delivered. And they were super helpful and honestly about its size. I was looking for oversized and the original one I picked wasn’t and they let me know this and suggested the one I ended up with. It does not disappoint! We love it. It’s HUGE. They delivered, set up and took all the garbage! I will definitely be telling everyone I know to buy here!

We shopped for over a month- looking at all the furniture stores from Portsmouth to Burlington! we kept coming back to this one couch we saw on their web site- great price for a big sectional with 4 power recliners, but we were hours away in new hampshire. I figured I'd call and get some info. I called and spoke to Jason, the owner. He spent no less than 25 minutes on the phone discussing the options with the couch we wanted and making sure everything was perfect. He had no problem with delivering and setting it up! When they arrived a couple weeks later, they were very professional, polite and personable. They got straight to work and had everything done in under 30 minutes. They even moved my old couch out of the house for us! Amazing customer service and I already recommended them to my father! Would not hesitate to give them my business again!

I don’t usually provide reviews but absolutely wanted to mention what a great experience I had with “Pull Up a Couch” in Holliston. After going to many different over priced big box furniture stores, I wish we had shopped here first. We found exactly what we were looking for. The price was fantastic and so was the customer service provided by Jason and Dan. As a small business owner, Jason in particular took the time to assist me with my order and provided expert insight to address my questions. We had several bad experiences shopping at various “online only” vendors (hidden prices over what was advertised, overly long shipping time frames, lack of customer service, not actually knowing the feel of the product we were ordering) and felt fortunate to have a local business to work with and support. A+++ experience / great customer service and follow up/ literally received our furniture 2 days after ordering). Will definitely be a return customer and highly recommend.

Just happened to see a post on Facebook Marketplace for this local company with the perfect sectional that I've been eyeing at half the cost. Sent a message asking questions and they messaged me back immediately. Love that it's a family owned business and the Dad and son were beyond friendly and professional and NOT at all pushy like big box furniture stores. Sectional was delivered in 2 days and friendly delivery guys. Definitely recommend and will be back. Plus i received a follow up text making sure i was pleased with delivery and purchase. After a several-day-long internet search for a couch for my office with little luck, a Pull Up A Couch ad featuring the perfect green velvet couch appeared in my Instagram feed. And it was 1/2 the price of most of the other options I saw. I immediately click and asked if it was still available. Despite it being 6am, I received an immediate response that it was in the showroom — talk about amazing customer service! Still, I thought it was too good to be true so I drove to Holliston to see it in person. It was even more stunning than in the photo (btw, so was every other piece of furniture there). I immediately bought it arranged for white glove delivery. A week later, it’s in my office. I couldn’t be happier (and neither could my cat Blue)!!

Our friend recommended us to Pull Up A Couch so we stopped by! While not in need of a couch, we did find a beautiful table and sideboard, two things we’d been looking to upgrade for awhile.
