Just happened to see a post on Facebook Marketplace for this local company with the perfect sectional that I've been eyeing at half the cost. Sent a message asking questions and they messaged me back immediately. Love that it's a family owned business and the Dad and son were beyond friendly and professional and NOT at all pushy like big box furniture stores. After a several-day-long internet search for a couch for my office with little luck, a Pull Up A Couch ad featuring the perfect green velvet couch appeared in my Instagram feed. And it was 1/2 the price of most of the other options I saw. I immediately click and asked if it was still available. Despite it being 6am, I received an immediate response that it was in the showroom — talk about amazing customer service! Still, I thought it was too good to be true so I drove to Holliston to see it in person. It was even more stunning than in the photo (btw, so was every other piece of furniture there).
