I don’t usually provide reviews but absolutely wanted to mention what a great experience I had with “Pull Up a Couch” in Holliston. After going to many different over priced big box furniture stores, I wish we had shopped here first. We found exactly what we were looking for. The price was fantastic and so was the customer service provided by Jason and Dan. As a small business owner, Jason in particular took the time to assist me with my order and provided expert insight to address my questions. We had several bad experiences shopping at various “online only” vendors (hidden prices over what was advertised, overly long shipping time frames, lack of customer service, not actually knowing the feel of the product we were ordering) and felt fortunate to have a local business to work with and support. A+++ experience / great customer service and follow up/ literally received our furniture 2 days after ordering). Will definitely be a return customer and highly recommend.

My wife and I had been to all the big furniture stores and couldn’t seem to find the furniture we were looking for. Found Pull up a Couch online and decided to take a trip to check it out. Good people, down to earth, not shoving anything down your throat. Listen to what we were asking for and found it. After a several-day-long internet search for a couch for my office with little luck, a Pull Up A Couch ad featuring the perfect green velvet couch appeared in my Instagram feed. And it was 1/2 the price of most of the other options I saw. I immediately click and asked if it was still available. Despite it being 6am, I received an immediate response that it was in the showroom — talk about amazing customer service! Still, I thought it was too good to be true so I drove to Holliston to see it in person. It was even more stunning than in the photo (btw, so was every other piece of furniture there). I immediately bought it arranged for white glove delivery. A week later, it’s in my office. I couldn’t be happier (and neither could my cat Blue)!!

Jason and Danny were so helpful. My wife Donna and I visited the store for the very first time on Friday this week. We were pleased to see that they carry the Ashley furniture brand and picked out a Sectional sofa that was delivered on Saturday the next day.
