Just happened to see a post on Facebook Marketplace for this local company with the perfect sectional that I've been eyeing at half the cost. Sent a message asking questions and they messaged me back immediately. Love that it's a family owned business and the Dad and son were beyond friendly and professional and NOT at all pushy like big box furniture stores. Sectional was delivered in 2 days and friendly delivery guys. Definitely recommend and will be back. Plus i received a follow up text making sure i was pleased with delivery and purchase. A+++ experience

After a several-day-long internet search for a couch for my office with little luck, a Pull Up A Couch ad featuring the perfect green velvet couch appeared in my Instagram feed. And it was 1/2 the price of most of the other options I saw. I immediately click and asked if it was still available. Despite it being 6am, I received an immediate response that it was in the showroom — talk about amazing customer service! Still, I thought it was too good to be true so I drove to Holliston to see it in person. It was even more stunning than in the photo (btw, so was every other piece of furniture there). I immediately bought it arranged for white glove delivery. A week later, it’s in my office. I couldn’t be happier (and neither could my cat Blue)!!

Our friend recommended us to Pull Up A Couch so we stopped by! While not in need of a couch, we did find a beautiful table and sideboard, two things we’d been looking to upgrade for awhile. I prefer to shop on my own and Jason was nearby if I needed him but also let me shop around quietly, unlike the other stores with high pressure salespeople. Jason and Danny were so helpful. My wife Donna and I visited the store for the very first time on Friday this week. We were pleased to see that they carry the Ashley furniture brand and picked out a Sectional sofa that was delivered on Saturday the next day.
