I never knew this store existed, but I’m so glad I found them. I got a super comfortable, big couch - really reasonable price and they delivered in 3 days. The owners, who were the people I dealt with for the sale , were so nice and accommodating and helpful. I can’t say enough about them. The gentlemen that delivered the couch today were fast, polite and really careful setting it up. Making sure it was moved away from the radiator, setting it down gently and lifting so it didn’t scratch the floor. An excellent experience- I can’t say enough about them!

We had a great experience with the ordering and delivery of our Article Torme Bookcase. We were able to see the bookcase in person and get white glove delivery to our home fully assembled and placed where we wanted it. It looks brand new and was $400+ cheaper than what it would have cost us to get the same piece from Article (not taking into account white glove delivery, assembly, etc.). What’s not to love! Would definitely buy from them again!

I went to the store and he helped me with finding something that needed to fit into a small space. There’s a great variety of options at the showroom and more online. I found this company online after checking out the Big 3 furniture stores in the area. It's a small furniture warehouse with plenty to choose from for much less money than the other furniture stores. We took the drive from Reading to Framingham to check out the warehouse. We were greeted and not harrassed. We looked around and when we were ready, the owners, Jason and Olga were there to help us out. Jason showed us what we asked for, didn't try to upsell and was never pushy. Did I mention we showed up at 4:30 with a 5:00 pm closing and were never rushed. 2 weeks later we placed an order and 10 days later our furniture was delivered by 2 very courteous and capable young men. A couple of hours later, I received a text from Jason, asking if everything was good. We could not be happy with our purchase! Thank you, Pull up a Couch!

Timing on delivery was excellent - came in quicker than expected. Delivery team let me know when the delivery was coming - then gave me an hour window as well on delivery day. Incredible customer service from start to finish! Found them via an ad on Instagram, and went to visit the showroom in Framingham. Danny was super helpful walking me through some questions about delivery and possibly disposing of my old couch. Fell in love with a couch from Article and had it delivered with the white glove service. Danny walked me through delivery and kept me in the loop all the way till day of delivery. Would highly recommend and use again!
