I could not be more appreciative of the customer service we received with the team at Pull Up A Couch! We put a beautiful dining room set on hold and when we came down to purchase, everything was perfectly packaged in their original boxes. Olga and Jason were so friendly upon arrival and helped us load everything into our vehicle. I found this place via Facebook marketplace place I was in search of a couch so I stop by to check their inventory and wow what a great place. The service was great, they really worked with me until I found the sofa I love. Also fast shipping and multiple forms of payment I love this flexibility! Another great thing is that I had my sales rep number so I was able to text any questions after and I always received a response. You walk in here and you are treated like family cannot recommend it enough! I am definitely buying more things from them in the future.

I never knew this store existed, but I’m so glad I found them. I got a super comfortable, big couch - really reasonable price and they delivered in 3 days. The owners, who were the people I dealt with for the sale , were so nice and accommodating and helpful. I can’t say enough about them. The gentlemen that delivered the couch today were fast, polite and really careful setting it up. Making sure it was moved away from the radiator, setting it down gently and lifting so it didn’t scratch the floor. An excellent experience- I can’t say enough about them!

We had a great experience with the ordering and delivery of our Article Torme Bookcase. We were able to see the bookcase in person and get white glove delivery to our home fully assembled and placed where we wanted it. It looks brand new and was $400+ cheaper than what it would have cost us to get the same piece from Article (not taking into account white glove delivery, assembly, etc.). What’s not to love! Would definitely buy from them again!

I found this company online after checking out the Big 3 furniture stores in the area. It's a small furniture warehouse with plenty to choose from for much less money than the other furniture stores. We took the drive from Reading to Framingham to check out the warehouse. We were greeted and not harrassed. We looked around and when we were ready, the owners, Jason and Olga were there to help us out. Jason showed us what we asked for, didn't try to upsell and was never pushy. Did I mention we showed up at 4:30 with a 5:00 pm closing and were never rushed. 2 weeks later we placed an order and 10 days later our furniture was delivered by 2 very courteous and capable young men. A couple of hours later, I received a text from Jason, asking if everything was good. We could not be happy with our purchase! Thank you, Pull up a Couch!
